Once your items leave our warehouse, whether domestic or international, the responsibility for any loss or damage passes to you, our valued client. Neon Lights Co cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels thereafter.
International Shipments
For international shipments, clients are responsible for any customs fees and duties in the destination country. We advise confirming the specific duties with the local Customs service to avoid uncertainties. Neon Lights Co is not liable for these costs or any delays resulting from customs procedures. We do not offer refunds for delays beyond a specific date due to shipping delays.
Duty at Point (DAP)
With Duty at Point, the end user is responsible for duties and taxes.
